Building upon the momentum of previous shipments, our team has successfully executed another milestone export to East Timor, delivering 22 metric tons of premium Urea Nitrate Fertilizer manufactured by PT Pupuk Kujang. Completed in August 2024, this project marks a continuous expansion of our agricultural trade footprint in the region.
Executing an export venture of this scale required seamless coordination and synergy across multiple sectors. The operation was successfully carried out through close collaboration with state-owned enterprise (BUMN) PT Pupuk Indonesia, various Indonesian governmental institutions, domestic producers, and official import authorities in East Timor, alongside key partnerships with several local agricultural SMEs (UMKM) in East Timor as our direct counterparts on the ground. Looking ahead, we remain firmly committed to strengthening economic ties between the two nations. This successful shipment serves as a stepping stone as we prepare to roll out upcoming initiatives, with the shared goal of further expanding the portfolio of robust Indonesia-East Timor bilateral cooperation in the near future.
