Facilitating Business Travel and Bilateral Meeting of Chinese Investor in Surabaya and Jakarta, 12 - 16 May 2024

We facilitated the visit of and meeting arrangement between Mr. Liu Bin, Chairman of Eurasia United International Economic and Cultural Cooperation Center (EUIEC) based in Beijing China and a number of distinguished figures in Provincial Government of East Java, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and some business persons. We provided services such as, meeting appointment and companion, interpreting, land tour and liaising with Indonesian sides.
In Surabaya, the delegation met the Chairman of Investment Coordination Office, Vice Mayor of Surabaya, Education Advisor for the Mayor, Chairman of East Java Chambers of Commerce and a number of business persons in Surabaya. While in Jakarta, we arraged their meeting with the Director for ASEAN Affairs of Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting ended with the comitment of the Chairman to invest in Surabaya dan other cities within the province. On top of that, he also would try to link local business persons with the Chinese ones. While in Jakarta, he handed an invitation of EUICE for the Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Hassan Wirajuda to chair the ASEAN-China office in Beijing.
